Emily Mallon

Emily Mallon is an entertainment writer, producer, and podcast host. A lifelong music junkie, she thrives on the live concert experience. Some favorite past shows include Prince, Robbie Williams, BTS, Epik High, Kylie Minogue, Eminem, U2, Bruno Mars, and SuperM.

When she’s not writing, Emily co-hosts and executive produces the NYC Kpop Queens podcast, a weekly music commentary show with listeners in over 165 countries. A true multi-fan, Emily has been immersed in K-pop since 2017 and strives to promote the genre worldwide.

Away from music, she enjoys binging K-Dramas, watching college basketball, and entertaining her pomeranian, Freddy Krueger.

Emily graduated from the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts and performed improv and sketch comedy at the Upright Citizens Brigade theater. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Communications from SUNY – Empire State.
